SADNESS

Sadness is when you loose great neighbors & friends. The Hatch's & Dalley's have recently left us. Darn them. We were able to serve with them in church, have them over for treats, or our favorite-Sunday Circle. We are excited for their new adventures without us. The Christiansens have just left us too and there are many signs up around the neighborhood as well. Do we smell funny? Is it because my wife is from Idaho?
I have been honored, priveleged, and learned a lot from these families and I wish them the best. We love you!

THANKSGIVING IN IDAHO

Time again for us to stuff our faces full of succulent turkey, stuffing, potatoes, rolls all smothered in gravy. I will have do A LOT of exercising, just to get into my spandex to go biking.

I ate so much, I didn't even recognize myself:

Speaking of recognizing, I have seen and heard many people talk about the beauty of Idaho, here are some pics:

I guess the Dr Pepper is getting to me, cuz for the 3 hour drive, this is what I saw:

Ok, on a serious note, I do feel as big as above after eating and sitting so much the last few days, but ..... well yes, the view is correct.

Ok...Ok....I did enjoy being with the inlaws, they are wonderful! I am grateful to be apart of an incredible family. I am also grateful for my family. I don't mean to boast, but my surroundings were a bit more preferable as I grew up:

FAMOUSITY

We are finally recognized in this world. I thought for a while we were only recognized for our nuts (see previous post). Bret was too kind to take this picture in Indiana. As soon as Mis make her millions, we will have our own street sign.

**Note, did you know that if my wife and her twin opened their own store they could call it KrisMis. Say it out loud. Yep....cool huh. We are very religous, can't spell it, but we are.

Truth about Women

NINE WORDS WOMEN USE
(1) Fine: This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.
(2) Five Minutes: If she is getting dressed, this means a half an hour. Five minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given five more minutes to watch the game before helping around the house.
(3) Nothing: This is the calm before the storm. This means something, and you should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with nothing usually end in fine.
(4) Go Ahead: This is a dare, not permission. Don't Do It!
(5) Loud Sigh: This is actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. A loud sigh means she thinks you are an idiot and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you about nothing. (Refer back to # 3 for the meaning of nothing.)
(6) That's Okay: This is one of the most dangerous statements a women can make to a man. That's okay means she wants to think long and hard before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.
(7) Thanks: A woman is thanking you, do not question, or faint. Just say you're welcome. (I want to add in a clause here - This is true, unless she says 'Thanks a lot' - that is PURE sarcasm and she is not thanking you at all. DO NOT say 'you're welcome' . that will bring on a 'whatever').
(8) Whatever: Is a woman's way of saying you are a jerk!
(9) Don't worry about it, I got it: Another dangerous statement, meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing it herself. This will later result in a man asking 'What's wrong?' For the woman's response refer to # 3.

Is this the truth or what. If only we, men that is, had more to go on. Life would be totally different. This is all that I can share at this point, just so I can still sleep in the house this winter :)
